Assistant Manager Respiratory Care Position in Seattle

Assistant Manager Respiratory – Inpatient Unit

Capitol Hill Medical Center, Seattle, Washington

In this role, you will oversee respiratory staff development, quality program, procedure development, respiratory equipment, and capital needs as well as provide assessment of activities and recommendations to the manager and leadership in oversight of respiratory care activities. In addition, you will also be involved in direct patient care activities.

Qualifications Include:

  • At least three years of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) working with adults
  • At least one year of experience as an RCP working with pediatrics and infants
  • Five years of experience as an RCP preferred
  • Two years of experience as a lead or supervisor preferred
  • An associate’s degree in respiratory care; a bachelor’s degree in science is preferred
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • PALS or NRP certifications
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS certification
