Hello all, I am Fred Goglia, your Puget Sound Chapter President. I am currently the program director at the Highline College Respiratory Care Program and work Per Diem at Harborview. I am passionate about the outdoors and spend as much time as I can running rivers, hiking and skiing with family, friends and dogs. I am excited to be your chapter president to help others get involved with the RCSW and engage professionally.
